Aufmerksamskeitsphasen von <strong>30-45 Minuten<\/strong> sollten durch <strong>kurze Pausen<\/strong> unterbrochen werden. Tipp: Wecker stellen und <strong>&#8222;Steine&#8220; w\u00e4lzen<\/strong> (Steine, Murmeln oder Bonbons als Platzhalter f\u00fcr eine Zeiteinheit. Nach jeder Zeiteinheit kann eine\/r von links nach rechts gelegt &#8211; oder aufgegessen &#8211; werden!).
